Remodeling projects can be more challenging than building a new home - the existing structure must be incorporated and existing materials must be coordinated with new materials. Capaldi Building Company is a leader in home remodeling. Because we have built homes for over 60 years, we thoroughly understand the structural, architectural and visual elements that must be coordinated to deliver a seamless remodeling project.
Often, our clients continue to live in the homes we are remodeling. We recognize that this is an awkward circumstance and make the project as livable as possible for them. Each day, the work area is cleaned up to maintain their level of comfort. We select a subcontracting team that is extremely sensitive to the needs of our client and work hard to align personalities to create a positive environment. At Capaldi, we understand that the “under construction” phase of the remodeling project is as important to our clients as the end product.
